Crochet Patterns!!!

For all of you full size woman I am making another worsted weight top for the summer with newly found Lily's Sugar'N Cream "Denim". I want to make a casual top fit for no bra. Will right down my journey through my trials and package the final custom method used to get my final piece. I love free patterns so since I have not seen any free patterns to my liking, I must create my own! see yah stay tunned......
I have Started this Bra cup using Boye hook G/6 4.25mm. From slip knot I chained 14 then put in second chain from hook a half double crochet (hdc) continue to last chain down working in your loose end. you now have 13 hdc and 1 chain count this chain as 14hdc.
Next Row 2: single crochet (sc) in first hdc (do not chain) and next 12 stiches (sts) in same hdc as last sc put hdc in edge ( Chain that was skipped in row 1) put 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, in first stich (st) (bottom of row one ) put 1 hdc, 1 sc, then sc across to last st. you now have 31 sts for row 3
(mark as right side of garmet) Row 3: turn in first st put (sc then ch 1) counts as hdc then hdc in next 13 sts in next put hdc,dc, in next 2 sts put 2dc, in next put dc,hdc, then hdc across to last st.
Row 4: turn in first st put (sc then ch 1) counts as hdc then hdc in next 13 sts in next put hdc,dc, in next dc, in next 4 dc, in next 1 dc, in next 1 dc, 1hdc, hdc across to last st. Making sure to put hdc in chain 1 of previous row.

**once you have compleated this row you should test/measure your self to the piece. this is distance you should meet the top of the crocheted piece to the start of the dark area of your breast (nipple). If not you should add more chains at begining. I am a 38/G. You want to be careful cause this is meant not to have a bra on with this top. so your stiches shall be tight and have no holes to see your nipple. or you can opt to add a piece of matching fabric inside or a bra cup found at your local fabric store......... Stay tunned
